Waist It is measured at the narrowest part of the waist.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide.

 

What are your delivery methods?

We work both with DHL and UPS.

 

What are your delivery times?

In Europe, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 2-3 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

In the rest of the world, DHL Express delivery should reach you within 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

 

Is there a delivery charge?

Orders within Europe, US, and Australia qualify for free delivery.

Orders from other parts of the world have a standard delivery cost of 19,99€.

 

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country, except in the UK. 

In the UK we guarantee that the order will be delivered with Delivered Duties Paid, meaning you will not have to pay any charge upon delivery.

Maison Hotel is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro & Amex.

Maison Hotel also accepts payment by PayPal, a secure payment method which allows you to make online payments without having to enter your credit card number. All you need is your email address and PayPal password.

 

How do I track my parcel?

In your order confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your parcel.

 

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

Please contact us on info@maisonh.com quoting your order number and tracking number so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
