How do I start a return?

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking details in your account under "Orders". If you don't see updates after a few days, write to us at info@maisonh.com.

What are the delivery times, methods, conditions and costs?

Standard delivery times from dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are as follows: Spain, Europe, US and Australia 2–3 business days via UPS Express; and the rest of the world 3–6 business days via UPS Express.

Shipping is free of charge for orders delivered to Europe, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Australia. For all other markets, a flat-rate shipping cost applies: 9.95€ for Israel, Japan, and Singapore, and 19.95€ for all remaining destinations.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop. By providing payment details, the Customer authorises the charge of the total order amount. Maison Hotel does not store card data — payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but the outcome depends on the order's status at the time of your request:

  • Before dispatch from our warehouse: the order can be cancelled and you'll receive a full refund of the total amount paid.
  • Once in transit, before delivery is attempted: the order can still be cancelled, but the refund will be the total amount paid minus the outbound shipping costs already incurred.
  • After delivery: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it within 14 days of receipt through REVER (returns.itsrever.com/maisonhotel). The return shipping cost will be shown at the time of the request and deducted from your refund.

To request a cancellation or modification before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonh.com — we'll do our best to action it before the order leaves the warehouse.

What are the Returns & Exchanges costs?
  • Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of 6.95€ per return. 
  • Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of 9.95€ for drop off point or 14.95€ for home pick up, per return.  
  • Returns of orders from Great Britain, Switzerland & Norway have a cost of 14.95€.
  • Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of 19.95€ per return.
