Returns And Exchanges

General Information

There is a 15-day period after the delivery date of an item to ask for a return. We will not accept returns of items after this deadline. 

In order for the product to be deemed as returnable it must be in the same state as it was bought, with no signs of usage and the original label attached.

In order to process a return, please access the link above and fill in the text boxes with your Order ID and your purchase email. 

You will be redirected to a page containing your purchase information, where you will be asked to select the compensation and logistics information related to your return. 

• Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €6.95 per return. 
• Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of €9.95 for drop off point or 14.95 for home pick up, per return.  
• Returns of orders from Great Britain, Switzerland & Norway have a cost of €14.95.
• Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of €19.95 per return.
